We are a bridal and formalwear boutique offering wedding, prom, homecoming, and special occasion dresses and suits, alongside professional alterations, tailoring, and custom sewing services, from our Beloit, Wisconsin location and online at bessiescreativesewing.com.

Ready-to-wear items (dresses, suits, and accessories) are sold as described and pictured on our website. Colors, fit, and details may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, and monitor settings.
Alterations, tailoring, and custom sewing services are performed based on the measurements, materials, and instructions provided by the customer. Because this work is done by hand and customized to each individual, minor variations may occur, and results may differ from initial expectations if measurements or instructions change after work has begun.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or discontinue any product or service at our discretion.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse an order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers at the time of order or service booking. We do not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
A flat shipping rate of $7.99 applies to eligible orders shipped within the United States, as described in our Shipping Policy.

5. Alteration & Service Appointments

Fittings and consultations are scheduled during our business hours (Monday–Saturday, 11:00 AM–4:00 PM; closed Sunday).
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, materials, and instructions. Delays in providing this information may affect completion timelines.
Pricing for custom alterations and sewing services is quoted individually based on project scope and is communicated before work begins.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy. In general, ready-to-wear items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, while alterations, tailoring, and custom sewing services are final sale except where there is a verified error on our part.
